Since SMITCH stopped working, I decided to flash the Tasmota firmware.
This contains ESP8266 Board compatible with ESP12E / F with 4MB RAM.
Following is the connection to be made for flashing.
As we can see Tx, Rx and GPIO0 are to be taken from the left side and
RESET from the right side
Take +3.3v and Ground from the back side of the PCB.
This is sufficient to flash Tasmota firmware. : http://ota.tasmota.com/tasmota/release/
I used another NodeMCU for flashing this. But you can use any of your favorite methods.
